Hot shot freight for the oil patch

Expedited hauling out of Casper, Wyoming. When a rig is waiting on a part, the load moves now, not in the morning.

Casper, Wyoming

The load that cannot wait until Monday

Scott's Hot Shot LLC runs expedited trucking and freight for oil and gas work across Wyoming. A down rig burns money by the hour. We exist to close the gap between the part on the shelf and the crew standing at the well.

What we haul

Flatbed, equipment, and the odd-shaped load

Backhoe loader chained down on a flatbed trailer
Equipment chained to the deck, ready to roll.

Equipment hauling

Loaders, pumps, generators, skid units. If it fits on a deck and needs to reach a lease road today, it goes on the trailer and heads out.

Loaded at the yard, bound for the pad.

Well-site delivery

Lease roads, gravel, and gates. The drop happens where the work is, not at a dock twenty miles away. Call dispatch with the location and the gate code.

Long steel moving between jobs.

Pipe and long loads

Joints of pipe, steel, structural sections. Loads too long or awkward for a parcel service, secured and run straight through to the site.

On the highway, headed out of town.

Around-the-clock dispatch

Breakdowns do not keep business hours. Dispatch answers through the night so a part can be rolling toward the field before the next shift starts.

On the road

Casper is the base. The highway is the job.

The country we run

Long miles, thin cell signal, weather that turns

Wyoming distance is real. A field that looks close on the map is two hours of two-lane. Plan the load, call it in, and let dispatch route it.

Heavy clouds over an empty grassland horizon

Built for oilfield work

Hot shot is its own trade. Smaller and faster than a full freight carrier, close enough to the field to turn around the same day. That is the whole point of the service.

Freight in transit on the interstate.

Freight, when it is bigger than a hot shot

Some loads need a full trailer. Tell dispatch the weight and the dimensions and we will tell you honestly what fits and what does not.

Dispatch

Call it in

Give dispatch the pickup, the drop, and when it has to be there. Phone is fastest when a load is hot.
